Here's How:
Hold your hands out away from your body,
clench your fists as tightly ass you can, 
then ask God to help you forgive.
When you no longer have the strength to clench your hands,
open them and feel the release of forgiveness. 
Reflect on the importance of forgiving without forgetting.
