Joel Beasley is the host of the Modern CTO Podcast where he has interviewed more than 450 technology leaders.

Joel is also a CTO himself – he's the current CTO of LeaderBits, which helps train people to be successful leaders. The LeaderBits company grew out of the Modern CTO podcast, by identifying the patterns and habits of successful leaders that got them to the top of their organization. The company has trained more than 2000 leaders at companies around the world.

Joel also likes to play the drums and guitar. And he loves spending time with his wife and children.
