Sarah Von Bargen is the founder of Yes and Yes, an online space dedicated to helping people spend their time, money, and energy on purpose. She teaches people how to navigate this stuff - money, habits, goals, happiness - because she doesn’t want you to waste months or years clipping coupons, starting and giving up on habits, or chasing the wrong goals, in the wrong way. She’s been writing about this for 11+ years and has since been able to help a lot of people.

Sarah’s experiences have helped her to effectively create helpful content for her courses, books, and one-on-one coaching. She brings some experience from years of being a classroom teacher, some from earning an M.A in Applied Linguistics (if you want to talk about neural pathways, brain plasticity, and impact of personal narrative, Sarah is the nerd for you!), but a lot of it comes from years of trial and error and lessons-learned-the hard way.
