We all make a LOT of decisions a day – over 35,000 a day according to estimates. A lot of those choices have an immediate effect on our happiness. They also have a long term effect on our progress. Lucy Hone studies the habits of resilient people. After her three children tragically passed away in a motor accident, she used one sentence a LOT to deal with the aftermath; “Is this helping or harming me?” Using Lucy’s experience let’s explore this idea further, and take the struggle out of decision making.
