This milestone solo episode marks 100 episodes of Entrepreneurs in Recovery, and honestly, it’s humbling to even write that. When I started this podcast, I didn’t know where it would go—I just knew I needed a space to have honest conversations about recovery, trauma, regulation, and what it really means to rebuild a life from the inside out.
In this episode, I reflect on the journey so far: the guests who trusted me with their stories, the lessons that challenged my thinking, and the moments that reminded me why this work matters. What I’ve learned over these 100 episodes is that sustainable recovery—and sustainable entrepreneurship—isn’t built on perfection, willpower, or hustle. It’s built on regulation, relationship, and learning how to listen to your body and your story.
I want to thank every listener who’s tuned in, shared an episode, sent a message, or simply listened quietly in a moment when you needed support.
