#89: The Skincare Changes That Were the Answer to Healing my Acne with Rachel Diaz from Love Beauty

I've always had acne prone skin, where I would have at least 1-2 active cycts ongoing that I could never seem to get under control.

But then, at the end of 2020, I broke out in FAR worse acne and it was a huge shock to me.

Now, for the last year, I have had the best skin that I have ever had in my life - only breaking out once a month a tiny bit which is usually hormone related at that time of the month. 

There is so much to share with you in regards to how I have healed my skin, and in todays episode I am interviewing the founder of Love Beauty Skin Clinic, Rachel Diaz because she has been a huge part of my skin healing journey.
