A few years ago I was struggling with that too.
At 45, I was exhausted all the time, gaining weight around the middle, experiencing joint pain, acid reflux, and more.
I realized that year that I was in perimenopause.
With the change of hormones and my lifestyle, at the end of the day I was totally DONE.
So I decided to figure out what was going on with my changing body, and I developed some very specific habits that reenergized me…
