Barry is 62 years old. He's a 4-time world juggling champion. He spent 34 years touring around the world doing shows, corporate events, TV shows, and being on TED stages.

2012 was a leap year. On February 29, Barry's 8-year-old son challenged him to "leap" something. So Barry decided to "leap" sugar for 24 hours.

Barry went to sleep that night and couldn't believe how great he felt. He woke up the next morning and said: "I gotta do 30 days of this".

And about halfway through that 30 days, he said: "I gotta do a year of this". And now it's late 2024, and 12 years on, Barry's still living free from sugar and sweeteners.

Listen to how Barry quit sugar one day at a time. One meal at a time.

And how quitting sugar transformed Barry's brain, liver, heart, skin... and his whole life!
