My life experiences have forced my back up against the wall many times. Childhood abuse by both of my parents, domestic violence, post traumatic stress (PTS), being a solo parent of kids age 5 & 2 to adulthood, dyslexia, and more. My choices were the game changer in my life and now for thousands of lives through the work I do ⊠provide a clear path and innovative tools to personally and professionally THRIVE.
My curriculum combines the hard lessons I learned in the trenches of life with my academic education from Indiana University, and on-going research on mindset, modalities and resilience. Through this work, people are empowered to elevate what they Think (Cognitive), Say (Communication), and Do (Behavior). As a two-time, successful entrepreneur, I know a thing or two about leadership and what it takes. I particularly adore working with Emerging Leaders. (Yes, I said adore - because I truly love the work I get to do!)
