She's the child safe volunteering hub project lead at Australian Volunteers International and has worked in the international development sector as a child protection safeguarding specialist for over 15 years.
Fiona takes Helga through her board journey - from member to chair, the importance of regional boards and why she thinks it is important to get involved, no matter what level.
