Reggae Royalty: Bob Marley Biopic Co-Star Aston Barrett Jr. On Echoing His Father's Bass Notes

The brand-new biopic Bob Marley: One Love tells the tale of how Jamaican singer-songwriter Bob Marley overcomes adversity to become the most famous reggae musician in the world.

On his journey to international success, Bob wasn’t alone, his bandleader and bassist, Aston 'Family Man' Barrett was always by his side.

In an amazing twist, the actor cast to play Aston Barrett was his own son, Bassist Aston Barrett Jr., who joins Liz to share his challenge of portraying the man he looked up to while grieving his father who passed away just two weeks prior to the film's release.
