The Fundamentals of Programming with Jason Leydon

This week on the MiFit Podcast I had the honor of chatting with Jason Leydon. Jason has a decorated resume in the sport of fitness. Not only has be competing at the Games, but he’s sent dozens of Teens, Individuals, Teams, and Masters athletes to the CrossFit games. Jason is also in a special category of coaches that can say he has owned an affiliate for 11 years! I’ve always enjoyed Jason’s content of business and coaching as well as his authenticity to everyone he meets. Jason gives the vibe that he truly cares about you and wants what’s best for you whether that be a career in CrossFit, or if you just go to the gym three days a week in hopes to look better naked. Whether you are an athlete, new coach, or a seasoned veteran in the fitness industry, you will surely get a ton out of this podcast.
