Joe Krebs speaks with Rick Dove,who led a government project in 1991 to explore improvements to manufacturing processes at that time. The word "agile" was chosen which influenced the creators of the Agile Manifesto a decade later. Rick published two books “Response Ability” and “Value Proposition” and hundreds of articles that relate to agile. Rick is an early influencer of Agile System Engineering, Business Agility and of course the early days of Agile.
