On this episode of Succetion, I sit down with Brad Smith.  Brad is the Founder and CEO of Stellar Insight Inc., which is a business growth consulting and coaching company.  Brad has coached CEOs, business owners, and legislators to achieve organizational growth and excellence for more than twenty-five years.  Prior to founding Stellar Insight, Brad worked as a Formulation chemist at Tech Labs, as well as a production plant and equipment designer for HP.  He received his bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University with a major in business management and minors in Chemistry, Physics, and Psychology and he received his MBA degree from the University of Oregon in Marketing and Finance.  Brad is someone who pursues insight and understanding into the convergence of business success, organizational excellence, and the practical actions it takes to consistently achieve significant business growth.  In his words, “Everything is a theory until you experience it and can consciously repeat the experiment.”  His passion is working with ambitious, curious CEOs, business owners and their teams who are committed to their company’s excellence and growth.
