The present moment for Matt is “Choice”.

Our free will, the options we have and the ability to go in different directions.

I truly believe everything is a choice, our choice, not always what we want to hear, though the after effects of this belief are profound because that means everything is within our control.

The caveat to my own belief about that is I also believe control prevents surrender and surrender is a choice 🤪

Matt is very knowledgeable and his knowledge has been developed through action, which is important to remember (especially for me).
