This week’s guest is Dr. Sarah Myhill, a Western medicine doctor turned Naturopathic physician.

Sarah Myhill is not only a physician with a wealth of knowledge about gut health, but she also has a special interest in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Myalgic Encephalitis, and her life’s mission has been to help people find the reason for their symptoms and arm them with safe and affordable treatments that get results. She says it perfectly herself, “I like to give people the Rules of the Game and the Tools of the Trade to restore fitness and vitality”.

Dr. Myhill is also the author of several award-winning books, including a book that she recently co-authored with Craig Robinson, "Ecological Medicine: The Antidote to Big Pharma and Fast Food", where she shares many tools that almost anybody can use to reach their full health potential.

I met Sarah Myhill in September when I attended a Klinghardt conference in London. As soon as I heard Dr. Myhill talk, I knew that my peeps needed to hear more from her, and I was thrilled when she happily agreed.
