Lisa currently lives in Colombo, Sri Lanka, with her husband. They own investment properties in Tennessee, Missouri, and Kansas, plus vacant land in California. They are currently looking to expand into new markets, if you have any suggestions!

Rent checks save the day:
Lisa grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania. Her parents were self-employed with a seasonal business and she remembers her mom's relief when rent checks arrived in off season. Her parents' two rental properties sparked the desire for her to pursue real estate investing.
Around the world:
Lisa's been living outside the US since 2012. She and her husband have purchased all their investment properties while living abroad -- at first with the help of family, then with the skill of a talented REI team. Her favorite closing happened while they were vacationing in the French Alps!
