I’m a redneck from back woods Oklahoma who got into training because of my birth mark.
1) Describe a learning situation that brought about an epiphany in your career
Strength is great, but it’s not always the king we think it is.
Using math to find what actually transfers to different aspects of performance.
If you read and pay attention, you’ll see some stuff.
2) If you could ask one questions and you know you would get the answer what would that be and why?
What do you mean, and what do you want?
3) What’s your escape?
Sitting on the beach in Miami helps when possible, been trying to get into meditation and music, but that’s a process, but what’s been best is putting down my phone and being present with my kids.
