This week, he is joined by Cynthia McKenna, 3X ICON agent, where she talks about her journey into real estate, opening, closing, building and running successful real estate brokerages and how she teaches her team to build the business they want, on their own terms. 

Cynthia has been a full time real estate agent since 1999. She has been helping home buyers and sellers all over Long Island, from Queens to Montauk. She loves helping people achieve their dreams! From the first time home buyer to the luxury market and everything in between, knowledge is the key to selling and buying. Cynthia has held many roles in her real estate career.  She has been an agent at Coach Realtors, has owned a small boutique real estate company and sold it to a franchise. She was a sales manager/agent at Prudential Douglas Elliman, she purchased and opened her own Keller Williams franchise and decided to close it after 5 years. It wasn’t an easy decision, she loved her agents and is very proud of what they were able to accomplish in a short time. She learned a lot from her tenure as a Broker, but decided that her truest self was to go back to her roots and serve her clients. 

Enter eXp Realty.
