Have you always wanted to get into real estate? But you’re not sure if it is for you? Or you’re just really struggling to get that first deal closed? In this episode, I speak to Real Investor Aroldo Villareal. Aroldo was a school teacher and a trumpeter in a Mariachi band (anyone can be a real estate investor!). He started his real estate career in 2014 when he decided to go for a course on investing. Once he bought his first property using the knowledge from the course he has never looked back. He is now a full-time investor and continues to refine his business model. Currently, he primarily acquires properties subject to and sells them with owner-financing. Aroldo’s story shows why, no matter what, it’s important to get that first deal done and dusted so you can move on to bigger better things! Aroldo shares his strategy for generating leads and approaching sellers in pre-foreclosure. He also shares some ways on how to finance your property deals with “your own money”. What you will learn
- Why it is really important to get that first deal under your belt.
- How to self-finance your property deals.
