When he’s not lifting, he trains people at Outback Performance, in Bossier Parish Louisiana, and writes for top fitness websites such as Muscle & Fitness, BarBend, Garage Gym Reviews, and Breaking Muscle while wearing tracksuit pants and drinking strong coffee.
