About our guest: Born and raised in Aurora, Ohio, Chase Gerbrick's journey in the world of baseball began at a young age. From the moment he first picked up a bat, it was clear that the sport would play a significant role in his life. As a switch-hitting shortstop, Chase quickly showcased his natural talent and caught the attention of scouts and coaches. Freshman year of high school, Chase Gerbrick made the pivotal decision to commit to playing Division I baseball at Lipscomb University. His passion for the game and unwavering dedication led him to this prestigious institution, where he aimed to hone his skills and make a lasting impact both on and off the field. During his freshman year at Lipscomb, he was given the opportunity to start in two games at the age of 19. Due to injury halfway through the year, Chase Gerbrick's unwavering commitment to the game of baseball has led him to accomplish extraordinary feats beyond his playing career. At an astonishingly young age, Chase has become the nation's youngest college baseball coach at Indiana Wesleyan University after entering the transfer portal. In addition to his coaching endeavors, Chase is also the founder of Gerbrick Performance, a widely recognized baseball platform on Instagram. Through this platform, he uses his expertise and experiences to inspire and motivate individuals from all walks of life. By sharing his own journey and offering valuable insights, Chase has become a beacon of inspiration for aspiring athletes and baseball enthusiasts worldwide. Off the field, Chase Gerbrick remains grounded and appreciative of the opportunities that have come his way. He recognizes the importance of giving back to the community and has made it a priority to use his platform to make a positive impact.
