This fundamental question inspired me to create this podcast.
Many of us in the financial independence retire early community focus on growing our wealth to reach an arbitrary number—believing that once we hit it, we'll finally achieve freedom and transform our lives.
But we must ask ourselves: what truly is enough?
Even when people reach their target number, they often feel they need more wealth or time—a phenomenon known as "one more year" syndrome.
In today's meditation, we'll explore this question of "enough" by practicing acceptance, allowing each breath to be complete just as it is.
