Gary is the CEO of Coach Core; a social mobility charity that uses sport and apprenticeships to give young people aged 16-24 the chance to become the next generation of inspirational coaches. He is based in the UK.

Gary has led the project from its first day in 2012, overseeing its growth from a single London programme to the 15 city UK charity it is today. He talks us through the great work Coach Core does to support young people through the vehicle of sports coaching. 

He describes how, by developing employment skills and values, Coach Core helps to provide meaningful opportunities through effective guidance and mentorship.
