
The You-est You® Podcast This 3 step process will unlock your intuition with Julie Reisler
- Meditate/silence daily: this is crucial to get out of the fight/flight stress state and to create a habit of slowing down and tuning in. Your mind will still produce thoughts. You are not doing this incorrectly if you still have thoughts racing in your mind. Find a meditation that is guided, or music, nature sounds or silence and ideally give yourself 10 - 15 minutes (or start with 3 - 5) to be still and in the present moment. Check out the Insight Timer app for incredible free meditations (I have a bunch too, in case they interest you).
- Intuitive Journaling: after you meditate, ask your heart wisdom or inner knowing questions or for wisdom. Write down whatever comes to your heart without editing. No need to be articulate or worry about spelling or grammar. This is about connecting to your higher self. Notice the patterns and words that appear over time. I've received some of my best ideas and answers from this process. I'd encourage you to do this daily.
- Track your evidence: keep a journal or ongoing list to track evidence of the synchronicities, signs, evidence, clues and intuitive information you are getting. This is a powerful practice that will build your intuition muscle.
