18. Spotting Opportunities, Solving Problems, & Executing with Jon Bombaci

In this week’s episode of the KCREatingwealth Podcast, I had an extremely exciting guest with an amazing story on the show! His name is Jon Bombaci, the absolutely incredible team leader of the Candor team out of Lowell, and financially free crazy real estate investor doing completely out of this world projects in various parts of Massachusetts!

I was very thankful to hold the honor of having Jon on the show. I have learned lifechanging information and met very amazing people through him and was pointed to an exceptionally good path to start my real estate investing career from him and his team! Jon is an extraordinary leader in the investing world and is accomplishing very impressive things! We chatted about principles that he has used to blast off his real estate journey from the beginning and the values of seeing things that others may not, executing and taking action, and building the right team to get it done. Jon has a stunning story with his first property to where he is now, and I am ecstatic to be able to share it with everyone!
