Breathwork and meditation have become repopularized in many health circles in the past decade and for good reason. We have both been huge proponents of the power of the breath and were excited to have Jake Whan on to take a deep dive into the world of breath work and mindfulness. In our conversation with Jake, we discussed his path towards breathwork and meditation. As a high-level collegiate athlete, physical fitness and nutrition always played a key role in Jake's life, however, it wasn't until Jake found breathwork that he realized health was much more than diet and weightlifting.
