Emails, Accountability, Mindfulness, Introspection - Join us in a classic end of the year episode where we discuss habits we need to break in 2023! With 2024 on the horizon, self-reflection is heavy on everyone's minds. I realized I had created a few bad habits that I want to overcome in the new year such as spending too much time in my email inbox, taking accountability when it comes to diet and exercise, along with rediscovering my voice. I want to scroll less on social media and put that energy towards building connections through lived experiences with the people who mean the most to me.
