Mental Health Expert, Dr. Nicole Cain, joins the podcast for a third time for this amazing episode on Imposter Syndrome. Dr. Cain does a great job in explaining what Imposter Syndrome is, what causes it and how to properly cope with it. It is something that most of us deal at some point or another, whether it be at work, athletics, school or social media. Imposter Syndrome keeps us from taking chances, achieving goals and living life to our fullest capabilities and leads to us living with regret. The tips and advice from Dr. Cain will help you get over these hurdles and increase your confidence and strengthen your mindset. I also get her thoughts on "fake it til you make it" and if that is a positive behavior. She turns the tables on me and asks me how I've been able to overcome my Imposter Syndrome and what still holds me back, which includes my lack of meditation and all of the benefits that would bring to me and my lifestyle. Of course I had to build on our previous conversation and ask her a few more questions on vitamins and supplements as well.
