Our default is to focus on the things that we don't want, what MIGHT happen, what we're worried about happening, things we don't want to happen. Also, the men we don't want to become, the behaviors we don't want to do.

It's kind of crazy when you stop to pay attention how much we focus on the things we don't want!

This is normal, and natural, but is it helpful? And actually, does it hinder, rather than help us? Specifically, in the pursuit of freedom from porn.
