For our first episode, Wade (aka ProfNoctis) and Evan (aka Whiskers) introduce the show and how it's all about helping you enjoy the things you enjoy more and springboarding you into the life you want. Next, we have part one of our special three-part Character Creator segment (00:01:01-00:26:53) where we explore the history, psychology, and what it says about us and our play depending on the characters we make— including personal experiences from Final Fantasy XIV, the Sims, and WWE games. As a break between segments, we have our Mini Game Stretch Break (00:26:54-00:34:55) where we consult the Bingo Wheel of Vulnerability to get to know each other a little better and give our listeners a question to get them chatting with their friends and family this week. For our second segment, we look at Healthy Relationships and the Relational Attachment Model in our Fantasy to Reality series (00:34:55-01:04:58) where examine Prof’s experience with Final Fantasy VII Rebirth’s affinity system. Finally, we debrief and get ready for our week in our Gains Before Games segment (01:04:18-01:07:36), where we focus on feeding our real lives before our gaming lives.
