Stress and worry…it’s where we all are right now! Chaos and uncertainty all around us! What’s the future going to bring? In today’s episode, we are going to see what stress can do to your body and what we can do to lessen or prevent it. We need to be present in our body and not worry about the past or the future. I will talk about how to reduce stress using deep breathing, meditation, prayer, and yoga. Using these amazing tools, you can help your body heal and tap into your parasympathetic nervous system.
