Charm City Buyers was founded when Khalil and his partner Kyara purchased their first property in Connecticut in September of 2012. It was their mission to be financially independent before 30 years old, but they didn’t stop there.
They’re also on a mission to positively transform the community and neighbourhoods where they invest, and they’re bringing other investors along with them.
After they officially retired from the rat race, they are now focusing all of their efforts on maintaining their empire and helping others to build their own.
