Andrea Flores is a professional in the higher education sector with over 10 years of experience, currently Head of Global Recruitment at IE University in Madrid, Spain. Her passion is to see education shape the future of society and how, through sharing IE University’s values of humanities, entrepreneurship, social responsibility, and innovation, she can have an impact on the leaders of tomorrow. She currently manages the Global Recruitment department for both graduate and undergraduate degrees at IE University across the five schools, including IE Business School and the MBA programs. Her purpose is to provide candidates an experience in line with IE’s vision of the future and to recruit the best talent globally.
