This is a month to start things fast, but commit slow. Mercury in Aries gives us the courage to explore new learning, ideas, books, projects. But by the end of the month, Mercury in Taurus asks: what are you actually going to stick with? This is your buffet of curiosity—sample, then decide what’s worth savoring.
🌕 Full Moon in Vishaka in Libra (May 12)
This is your moment to align your relationships and goals. Vishaka’s driven, and Libra brings the balance. You may find hidden tensions surface—emotional revelations that point toward what needs adjusting in your commitments. It’s a time to course-correct with grace.
☀️ Sun in Taurus + Jupiter enters Gemini (May 14)
Sun in Taurus is your permission to ground down, stabilize, and get focused. But Jupiter in Gemini? That’s expansion through creativity, curiosity, technology, and connection. This is one of the most exciting windows of the year for personal growth, starting projects, and building online. It’s short—just a few months—so use it. Don’t wait.
🌑 New Moon in Rohini in Taurus (May 29)
Rohini brings sweetness, sensuality, and security. This is your emotional reset for the next lunar cycle. If you’ve been chasing too many goals, trying to do too much too fast—this is where you plant real seeds of comfort, stability, and grounded growth. It’s an ideal time to reflect and realign.
♒️ Rahu enters Aquarius / Ketu enters Leo (May 29)
This kicks off an 18-month karmic shift. It’s time to move from ego-centered ambitions (Ketu in Leo) toward collective service, innovation, and community (Rahu in Aquarius). If you’ve been trying to figure out your next steps, this nodal shift gives you clarity through experimentation, creativity, and courage to be different. I’ll go deeper into this in a full episode soon, but this is the turning point.
🎯 Key theme this month: Integration
Structure and surrender. Head and heart. Logic and intuition. We’re being invited to work with paradoxes. As Carl Jung said, the ability to hold paradox may be the most important skill of our time. And with Jupiter in Gemini and all the Pisces energy this year, that couldn’t be more true.
