A.J. challenges cultural expectations and dysfunction surrounding the sabbath and offers insight and rhythms to help leaders break free from our restlessness, into a life of rest and health. We talk about rest at Stay Forth Designs a lot, and it is intentional, because we truly believe this is a message that leaders need to hear.
