Joe Wilkinson - a Growth Leader and advisor for companies backed by Madrona Ventures, Meritech, Foundry Group, and Lux Capital. With over ten years of experience as Head of Growth at Lucid, Polly and HiHello, he now runs his own growth consultancy. Joe specializes in helping early-stage founders navigate the complexities of scaling, implementing product-led growth, and levelling up their teams. Our conversation focused on the challenges of building a growth team and the reasons why some companies have failed to do so successfully.
