Technology has become an integral part of our life. We do everything with or on our smartphones (well, almost everything). Just think about how you use your phone daily? We are starting to realize that some boundaries need to be placed, some parameters established in order to remain sane in this crazy accelerated digital age.
Why addiction is not a strong word for to describe our experiences with our digital devices. How can we recognize addictive behavior and how we can break out of compulsive cycles around technology.
