- The amount of capital you have available to invest in syndications will always be limited so having a cash generation tool is key to scaling the number of deals you’re invested in. This is important because you can greatly increase the velocity of your wealth generation, the more money you have available to invest.

- Lucas most recently has been focused on wholesale and JV deals. If you do at least 2 to 3 transactions per month he could potentially be interested in partnering with you on a deal.

- It is common for many multifamily syndication investors to also flip single family houses on the side. However, it’s less common for them to flip land. Regardless of the land flipping, Lucas still prioritizes his multifamily investments above all else to ensure that his investors’ capital is well managed.

- The number one fear that people have about investing money is losing money. However, most people don’t think twice about investing in Tesla stock or Bitcoin. When it comes to real estate investments, typically the investor just needs to be educated that real estate is actually a relatively safer investment, and explain the advantages and disadvantages to educate away the fear.
