Old Gar, the owner of D&O Toy Emporium, is confronted with evidence of his involvement in child labor in Shady Creek Run and his plans to take over the shop. The group urges him to sell the shop to Trickslitch and start anew elsewhere.
Old Gar agrees to sell the shop to Trickslitch and takes their advice to leave the city and start fresh. He gives the group 400 platinum as payment for their help, and they decide to leave Uthodern with their newfound wealth and success.
