Social Skills Mastery 295. The Social and "People" Skills AI Can't Fake, and What That Means for You

In this episode, social confidence and executive presence coach Susan Callender breaks down why companies spent years chasing AI fluency in hiring, why they're now pulling back hard toward genuine interpersonal skill instead, and what that correction means for the people who never faked their competence in the first place.
