James started with his first rental property in Feb 2020, at the start of COVID. While working full time as an engineer, James renovated that property, refinanced it, and got hooked on real estate investing. James now runs his own businesses, and left his job as an engineer. He owns several properties in both Canada and the USA . His primary investing strategies are BRRRRs, Airbnb, and self-storage.
