Grief has many ways of channelising itself through our systems, our conversation today is with someone who decided to live and manifest bereavement in its true authentic sense. Atia Naqvi is a qualified clinical psychologist and supervisor. She is passionate about imparting the importance of the holistic self, by bridging the gap between physical, mental and spiritual health. Last year in 2018 she lost her son to suicide and this event moved her to work towards accepting, understanding and working towards channeling her grief. She has tried to carry her son, Emad's legacy in ways that bring healing to herself and her family and this she calls the 'New Normal'
