The NICE framework solves parenting challenges with strong-willed kids. Today on the Mastermind Parenting Podcast, I introduce you to the NICE framework, a roadmap to teach kids the skills they don't have to manage their nervous systems and to turn around difficult behaviors. It emphasizes being patient, present, consistent, calm, kind, and loving while also being a leader. Through this framework, parents can model the behavior they want to see in their kids, while also emphasizing freedom and trust.
