Forget five-year plans. I’m talking 12-month windows. That’s as far out as I go with clients right now, because everything is moving that fast. But even in the chaos, I think there are four things—four fundamentals—that will future-proof your business, your work, and even your relevance.
Here they are:
- Agency – The sense of control, freedom, and choice
- Convenience – The luxury we now expect as standard (Uber, Amazon, Peloton, you name it)
- Certainty – The desire to feel grounded, even when everything’s spinning
- Connection – The human need that even AI is stepping in to meet
I share some real-world stories (like why I always pay tolls even when I don’t have to) and surprising stats (like the fact that AI companionship is now the top use case of AI 😳).
Then I leave you with two questions:
- Can you deliver all four to your clients or team?
