

Parenting with ADHD & Emotional Dysregulation
Many of my Instagram followers have expressed that managing emotions while parenting children with or without ADHD is a major concern for them as parents with ADHD. It can be especially challenging for adults with ADHD to regulate their emotions and naturally the fear is that they won’t be able to model it for their children or that they will perpetuate patterns from their own childhoods.
I am excited to welcome Gabriela Blanco, a conscious parenting coach, founder of Healing Parents, and creator of the Healing Parent Approach. Gabriela has a degree in human development and has been trained by Hand-in-Hand Parenting. She helps parents who are looking to intentionally heal while parenting, with the tools and community to create close and lasting relationships with their families and themselves. This conversation is particularly relevant as many of my followers have expressed interest in understanding how to cope with emotional dysregulation as a parent.
