While we are all emotional beings, some of us don’t have a language for emotions or maybe we’ve been told that emotions are weak. One thing you can do to grow your self-awareness is to learn the language of emotions.
Emotions are not a weakness. They communicate what is going on inside yourself when you are too busy to notice. They give you a signal, but it’s your job to feel, identify and give yourself the space to move through it. In this episode, I'm showing you how to do just that.
