Marek Doyle is a nutritional therapist in the UK (love having a UK expert on the show) and he's all about individualise health, which, let's face it, we need when we have a thyroid condition because it can be complicated and we all experience it differently.
In this episode Marek explains the whole thyroid system (it's more than the thyroid gland itself), where and what problems can arise in the different parts of the system. The also talk about the impact of stress, the connection between adrenals and thyroid and how important stress is to manage because it impacts us down to the cellular level.

Marek is a functional nutritional therapist who has spent the last 16 years building a model of personalized nutrition, based on the data of over 3,000 individual outcomes, 11,000 test results and extensive use of the scientific literature. Based in London, he offers one-to-one consultations for clients as well as training for practitioners. He holds an MSc in Personalized Nutrition.
