Many of the clips posted to the Twitter account, IFB Sermon Clips, point to absurdity or silliness in the pulpit.

But some, like the clip you're about to watch, shed light on things that are more sinister, and frankly, sad.

This 2-minute clip from a "staff Q&A" at North Platte Baptist Church reveals the type of mental and emotional manipulation and pure gaslighting that congregants, staff members, and even family members can experience at the hands of a toxic leader.
