Sylgja Dögg is an Icelandic biologist and building inspector that has been a leader in the professional discussion about moisture damage, mold and better buildings for the last 12 years. She works in EFLA's construction department in the Housing and Health professional team. EFLA is knowledge based company that provides a wide range of services in all major areas of engineering, technology, and related disciplines. She has hosted conferences regarding building issues, held lectures and held courses for building technicians, craftsmen and the general public. Also, she has conducted guest lectures at the University of Iceland and the University of Reykjavík.
